Comics have always made kids (and grown kids) smile. NoteNiks took comics to the next level and created educational comics. It is through our educational comics that children gain a greater understanding about things like school bullying, keeping healthy, and ecology. And teachers acquire good classroom management tools.

NoteNiks started out as an idea in 2003. We married educational comics with under-addressed concerns like asthma, healthy eating, and ADHD, and created a relevant product line.

Our first products were educational comics that moms place in a child’s lunch box. We called these LunchBox NoteNiks. The LunchBox educational comics for 4 – 7 year olds stress the importance of family. These love notes help a young child new to school adjust knowing mom still cares.

The LunchBox educational comics for 8 – 12 year olds help with school bullying. The school bullying comics demonstrate how comic characters deal with bullying, and how school bullying should not be tolerated. In addition to school bullying, the educational comics help a child with growing up issues like teasing, feeling left out, or feeling unpopular.

Our classroom management tools for teachers come in English and Spanish and are called Motivational NoteNiks. Both the English and Spanish classroom management tools are comic notes teachers hand out to students to praise their good behavior. Each box contains comic notes that are used to praise kids for big and small achievements like completing homework, speaking politely, or trying something new and challenging. The Spanish notes have English translations on the side making them effective Spanish teaching materials. The English and Spanish versions are powerful classroom management tools for tutors, teachers, homeschoolers, and ESL teachers.

Medical NoteNiks were created to support kids with ADHD, kids with Asthma, and kids with diabetes. For the ADHD kid, we offer comic notes that guide an ADHD kid’s distractibility, an ADHD kid’s relationship issues, an ADHD kid’s focus problems, and an ADHD kid’s impulsivity issues.

Asthma NoteNiks are an excellent Asthma management tool. This Asthma management tool supports the emotional hurdles an Asthma child faces. Parents place an Asthma NoteNiks in their child’s lunchbox, under the cereal bowl, or stuck in a book. The Asthma notes comfort and normalize the condition.

In addition to the Asthma Management tool, and the ADHD kid supported NoteNiks, we also offer an Asthma management t-shirt, and healthy kid t-shirts.

We are committed to keeping kids healthy. Aside from our healthy kid t-shirts, we offer Roxy’s Healthy Eating game, a 4-person/4-game way to help a healthy kid stay a healthy kid. We also offer Healthy Eating NoteNiks which are comic notes moms place in a lunch box that encourage healthy eating. With the increase of fast food eating and surge of pediatric diabetes, we remain committed to creating products to keep kids healthy.

Our healthy kid products extend to educational software. We offer Healthy Eating and Exercise software for kids ages 3 – 8. The 8 interactive games, activities and curriculum for homeschoolers, parents, and teachers encourage good healthy eating habits and healthy living.

Another piece of educational software is called Respect Our Earth. This piece of educational software focuses on ecology education. The educational software contains 8 interactive games which teach children to recycle, re-use, conserve, and become more ecologically minded.

Our latest piece of educational software is called Eco-packs: “Endangered Animals,” “Clean Energy,” “Composting,” and “Recycling” These CDs contain ecology games and activities that focus on specific environmental concerns.
